Through practical capacity coaching, Niharika helps mothers understand and interrupt Stress Carryover™, the pressure from the workday that follows them home, so they can return to themselves before reaction takes over. Her approach combines 19+ years of engineering leadership, lived experience as a working mother, and practical tools for emotional regulation, habits, and family systems. The aim is to help mothers grow in their careers, build calmer homes, and create the conditions for children to become confident, resilient, and ready to learn.
